Orders ship with tracking and insurance. If your package arrives damaged, appears tampered with, or tracking shows a delivery problem, contact Agate promptly at support@agatemetals.com or 716-829-9997. For damaged deliveries, keep the box, labels, packaging, and contents and take clear photographs. Agate may need to review the carrier claim before determining whether a replacement or refund is appropriate.
 
Orders ship Monday through Friday. Delivery time depends on order volume, product availability, payment clearance, and carrier performance. Tracking and signature confirmation may be required for larger orders. Presale and special-order products may follow a different estimated schedule, which will be stated on the product page.
 
An order may be canceled because of a payment or risk-management review, suspected fraud, a pricing or inventory error, or another issue affecting the order. If Agate cancels an order, contact us so we can explain the next step. Bullion cancellation requests should be made as soon as possible because market pricing can change.
 
Bullion products, including gold, silver, platinum, palladium, bars, coins, and rounds, are generally not eligible for ordinary returns or buyer’s-remorse refunds because their value changes with the market. Eligible non-bullion accessories may qualify for a return or exchange if unused and resalable and if Agate is contacted within seven calendar days. Contact Agate before sending anything back.
 

A bullion order may be cancellable within one hour if it has not been packed or otherwise committed. After that point, cancellation may be unavailable or may involve a market-loss charge. Contact Agate immediately with your order number if you need to request a cancellation.

Contact Agate promptly with your order number and photographs of the item and packaging. Keep the product and shipping materials until you receive instructions. Agate will review the issue and determine whether a correction, replacement, refund, or another remedy is appropriate.
 
A buyback is separate from a return or refund. Agate may provide a quote for qualifying bullion based on current market conditions, authenticity, condition, packaging, product type, and demand. Contact Agate before shipping any metal. Do not send bullion without authorization and shipping instructions.
