If you are not satisfied with your purchase from AGATE Precious Metals, you may request a refund within 30 days of receipt of the product. To be eligible for a refund, the product must be in its original condition, including packaging and any accompanying documentation.
Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment as the original purchase. If the product was paid for by credit card, the refund will be issued to the same credit card. If the product was paid for by check or money order, a refund check will be issued.
AGATE Precious Metals reserves the right to refuse a refund if the product has been damaged or altered in any way, or if the request for a refund is made after 30 days from the receipt of the product.
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Contact AGATE Precious Metals customer service by phone, email or fax to initiate the refund process.
- Provide your name, order number, and reason for the refund request.
- AGATE Precious Metals will provide you with instructions on how to return the product.
- Once the product has been received and inspected by AGATE Precious Metals, a refund will be issued.
AGATE Precious Metals will refund the purchase price of the product, but shipping costs are non-refundable.
